Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy. If a project is delayed at the request of the Author, due to the Author’s internal processes, Crown Books NYC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees will stand with the Author unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the Author.

 

Cancellation of service only applied due to valid reasons such as:

• Change of Payment Method

• Incorrect/Incomplete Contact Details

• Change of Service 

• Duplicate Services Availed

 

However, we will not grant any cancellation and refund request due to:

(1) Change of mind; (2) Buyer’s remorse.

 

NOTE: An unresponsive author forfeits any claim for a refund and waives all legal rights to dispute payment.

 

Additional services

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

Refund Request. Author can request a refund for nearly any unfulfilled service within 48 hours. Author will be issued a partial refund of the purchase within a week of approval. Author will receive the refund through the same payment method used to make the purchase. 

 

Our refund offer is only applicable within 48 hours from the date of purchase which applies to the services outlined in this Agreement and on our website. You can request a refund or get assistance at billing@crownbooksnyc.com.
